As an AR Specialist with a strong emphasis on high-volume, business-to-business (B2B) collections, you will play a crucial role in our client's financial operations, ensuring the efficient management of accounts receivable and collection activities. You will be responsible for improving cash flow, reducing outstanding accounts, and maintaining positive relationships with our client's business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections Management:

• Handle a high volume of B2B collections accounts.
• Initiate contact with delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and aged receivables.

Account Reconciliation:

• Conduct thorough account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment disputes in a timely manner.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and customers to facilitate collections.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Generate reports on collection progress and share them with the management team.

Payment Processing:

• Process payments, allocate funds to the appropriate accounts, and update records accordingly.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to collections activities.
